History: Much ado about Kyle Hyde is a mystery, and that's what he prefers. If you ask what he did before coming here, he'll look at you square in the eye and confirm that he used to be a salesman. No more than that, though. Although likely Kyle complains about his job and what a bother the hospital is, he doesn't keep from doing what he does well: solving puzzles -- and people, staff and patients alike, are the perfect kind to unwind.
Appearance: A bit scruffy, a bit rough around the edges, but he's a looker and a keeper. Tired looking, maybe from a hangover, but he plows on through the day as usual. Oddly, Kyle appears to be wearing a bracelet with the words Mila engraved to them, and at times he seems to be wearing an old-fashioned looking key around his neck. If questioned on their significance, Kyle keeps a zipped lip.
